All you should know about sound reduction boxes, noise reduction boxes for primary, vacuum pumps, water chiller, ultrasonic bath … To reduce the noise of your pumps, a soundproofing box or noise enclosure will absorb the noise generated by the primary pumps (or vacuum pumps – water chiller – ultrasonic bath – nitrogen generator – miller or grinder …)
What is a soundproofing box ?
A noise reduction box is designed for the sound insulation of the primary pumps (vacuum pump), frequently used in laboratories or other noisy equipment in your lab. The noise reduction enclosure reduces noise by 75%, or -15dB.
Our soundproofing box consists of covering the source of noise with an acoustic enclosure with foam to absorb the sound in the best possible way. The noise reduction observed is 75%.
It is always possible to access your equipment without having to dismantle everything. A ventilation system is integrated to the noise reduction enclosure to evacuate the heat produced by the pump. There is a wide variety of vacuum pump (priming pump) for laboratory instruments. A whole range of noise reduction boxes has been designed to adapt to all primary pumps on the market.
Compatibility of noise reduction boxes with vacuum pumps (primary pumps)
Our noise reduction enclosure are compatible with the most commonly vacuum pumps manufacturers.
